Services
We provide production support, video editing, 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, design, and related services. Service scope and deliverables are set in each project quote and/or agreement.
Project agreements & payment
All work is governed by a written estimate, proposal, or contract. Deposits may be required before work starts. Final delivery is subject to full payment. Late payments may incur fees.
Delivery & revisions
Delivery timelines are estimates. Each package includes specified revision rounds; additional changes may incur extra charges.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain copyright in creative works and grant clients a license to use final deliverables for the agreed purposes after full payment. Client-supplied assets remain client property, subject to any usage rights you give us.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary materials (scripts, logos, assets). Delays caused by client-side inaction may shift delivery timelines and fees.
Third-party services & hosting
We may use third-party services (cloud storage, analytics, video hosting like YouTube/Vimeo, payment providers). Use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Warranties & disclaimers
We aim for professional quality but cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., virality or platform promotion). Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the written agreement. Termination fees and ownership of work in progress will be handled as specified in the contract.
Governing law & disputes
The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan govern these Terms. Disputes should be escalated to our contact first; unresolved matters go to local courts or arbitration as agreed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified.
